Discussion Paper

The Discussion Paper describes a summary of given IT technology discussions by Japanese experts such as the Executive advisor to the Government CIO. The aim of this publication from Japanese government CIO portal is increasing the depth and level of discussion about specific interest topics through open and lively discussions with various stakeholders in public. The contents and opinions of each topic considered at the timing of each publication date, and belong to the individual authors identified in each paper. The Discussion Paper does not represent the official views nor opinion of the Cabinet Office Information Technology (IT) Comprehensive Strategy Office, the Japanese government CIO and the Japanese government themselves.
